Previously, I was at 
Fashionphile, where I championed a universal design framework, running quarterly audits and accessibility reporting that lifted accessibility scores site-wide by ~20%.
Before that I was at 
Carvana, deploying an internal logistics application from 0→1 that scaled nationwide and reduced delivery pushes by 60%.

Hazel has been an incredible asset to our UX team since day one. As a researcher, I have worked with her in both generative and evaluative research projects where she has demonstrated over and over again her ability to be a user-centric and strategic thinking designer.
